What does it take to marry somebody?

I really wonder. To which point of love shall we consider it the right thing to do? And is this `love` related to satisfaction? People say that if the time has come you'll know, and while I can't admit that I understand that someway, I don't feel it right to simplify it to this extent.
In life, I believe we can always improve, that there is always a margin to reach better results. But we are limited in time here, and also occasions come and go. The same occasion might not come twice.
When we relate this to love what do we get?
Many questions, but for now, a lot of thinking without a sure answer.
